MY STORY
When seeking medical help, we can never take it for granted that the right help will be delivered to you, you need a bit of luck.
The tiered referral system, different professional inputs, and multiple specialties are confusing, also creating barriers for diagnosis and delays for treatment. You need one doctor to guide you, who can look at the whole picture, who is accessible, to make sense of things to you, and responsible to follow you up until you're better. Because there is only one you, the same you, and you can get better, but with the right help.
What's more, diagnosis in itself is a forever challenging subject as each of us is unique, so I always listen to my patients and examine them carefully. In my over 5 years experience majority in acute medicine and emergency department, I made the first correct diagnosis for a lot of patients. Many told me I'm not the first doctor they see, but the first one to ask certain questions or perform certain tests. I go above and beyond to help them, because my job does not finish until they get better.
I also see a lot of patients who simply seek help too late because how difficult it is or being in the disadvantage of not knowing. So I've founded Elite Health Consultation to give people direct access to a medical doctor, and to help make their journey a little smoother.
Diagnosis change lives.

SUCCESS CASES
July 2023
I met a patient with disabling long covid symptoms and have seen multiple doctors without getting better.
I reviewed the case and felt anticoagulation is needed although there is no guideline for its usage. I provided my opinion and my research on the frontier treatment options.
Later they followed my guidance and got exactly that, and have made significant improvement.

A mum to be went to hospital due to abdominal pain and was diagnosed pre-term labour. The contraction does not stop and she was admitted to hospital to give birth at 34 weeks.
The doctor decided CRP 18 was not indicative of infection, and patient was discharged on oxycodone to control the contraction but it continues to be disabling.
I started her on antibiotics and the following day contraction is gone. Patient gave a normal birth at 41 weeks.

A patient suffered from headache for 3 months and a new vision loss from the last 24 hours was not given treatment to stop vision worsening after seeing four doctors.
I started them on steroid and arranged same day specialist review for them, it confirmed my suspicion and treatment was given one day later, she still lost one eye's vision but the other eye is saved from vision loss. According to ophthalmologist both eyes' vision could be lost within 12 hours if untreated.
